JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the directions contained in the judgment in W.P.(C). No. 26039/2015 dated 02.06.2016 are not complied with. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader submitted that directions are complied with. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt proceedings any further.
Hence, the contempt of court case is closed.
