Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader submitted that already an order is passed, which is produced as Ext.R2(a).

Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition to file a fresh one challenging the said order also. Permission granted.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
