J U D G M E N T
This contempt has been filed alleging non-compliance of the directions issued in the judgment dated 01/03/2016 in W.P.C.No.29797/2014.
“The Chairman of the Commission vide reference cited 3rd has ordered to comply with the direction in the judgment by appending a supplementary list of PH candidates after awarding necessary grace marks, if eligible for the post and to compute the 3% reservation vacancies from 01/01/2008 onwards while making 3% advice. Hence the Regional Office, Kozhikode has been directed to comply with the direction in the judgment dated 01/03/2016 by appending supplementary list of PH candidates to the General Ranked List published on 16/06/2014 and advise eligible candidates to the post as per rules at the

earliest. Steps are being taken to comply with the direction.”
Taking on record the aforesaid affidavit filed by the
respondent, this contempt case is dropped.
