J U D G M E N T
The teachers in various Departments of the University of Calicut have filed this writ petition, challenging Ext.P13 for a declaration that the objection raised in the audit with respect to granting of HRA to the occupants of teachers Hostel Annex and payment of rent referred to in Ext. P11 are illegal. It is submitted by both sides that identical issue has been considered by this Court in several writ petitions and the writ petitions were dismissed as per judgment dated 16.01.2013 in W.P.(C). No.12328 of 2008, judgment dated 11.06.2013 in W.P.(C). No.20482 of 2008, etc.
In the above circumstances, I dismiss this writ petition also.
