JUDGMENT
This case is being posted in the disposal list since 20.07.2016. There is no representation for the petitioner. At the same time the learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala Water Authority, referring to the statement filed, submitted that the petitioner has been already granted all the benefits due to him.

to Water Authority, petitioner was allowed the same benefits as also the benefits of pay revisions from time to time. It is also stated that the petitioner was informed at the time of hearing conducted on 21.4.2007 that he was absorbed in the Water Authority w.e.f 6.11.1992 granting the very same status and remuneration which he was enjoying in the Municipality. In the statement filed on 29.10.2007, it was stated that even though the petitioner had retired from service on 31.5.2007, he had not submitted his pension book etc. for sanctioning his pensionery benefits and therefore the Executive Engineer Public Health Division, Shoranur had already initiated action for sanctioning provisional pension.
Under the above circumstances, I do not find any merit in the Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed.
