J U D G M E N T
This matter was referred to mediation as per order dated 17.06.2016. The Nodal Officer has forwarded the report of the mediator as per letter dated 19.07.2016. From the report of the mediator dated 11.07.2016, it is seen that the matter has been settled in mediation in accordance with the agreement executed between the parties. As per the agreement, the petitioner herein agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards full and final settlement to the second respondent and the second respondent agreed to settle the disputes in connection with this writ petition, receiving a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as per the Award in I.D.No.23 of 2002 and all other benefits. She has also declared that she has voluntarily resigned from the service of the Appellant Hospital with effect from 07.07.2016 and there is no further dispute in the matter.
