J U D G M E N T
The only reason stated to reject the application for regular permit put in by the petitioner is that the vehicle offered will cross 15 years in December, 2017. We are only in January, 2016 and December, 2017 is far away. That cannot be a reason to decline the regular permit sought by the petitioner when there are no other valid objections.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
