JUDGMENT
The concurrence of the sister authority has already been obtained for renewal of permit as fast passenger service by the petitioner. But then the service has to be converted as a limited stop ordinary service by virtue of nationalisation. The conversion has been allowed and no further concurrence of the sister authority is necessary.
The writ petition is disposed of.
