JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of

Ext.P1 application for renewal of regular permit. The same is supported by Ext.P2 application for condonation of delay.

I direct the first respondent to consider Exts.P1 and P2

applications with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgement.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
