JUDGMENT

The petitioner appeared before the first respondent on 19.01.2016 as directed in the interim order dated 15.01.2016. The payments made by the petitioner were given credit to and the balance amount was arrived at Rs. 2,93,097/- as on 07.01.2016.

The petitioner is at liberty either to deposit the above sum in lump or deposit the sum with applicable interest in eight equal monthly instalments. The instalments shall start from 01.03.2016 and the default of any one instalment will result in the petitioner losing the benefit of this judgment. The first respondent shall issue the clearance certificate to the petitioner on clearing the dues either in lump or in instalments as directed.

The writ petition is disposed of.
