JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks to cancel the hire purchase endorsement in the certificate of registration of his vehicle. The hire purchase transaction was with the second respondent bank which has since amalgamated with the HDFC Bank. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext. P3 representation with the first respondent. The same deserves to be dealt with in accordance with law after notice to the parties.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P3 representation within a period of one month. The petitioner as well as the second respondent shall be put on notice and heard.

The writ petition is disposed of.
