This writ petition is filed seeking direction for extension of permission for running the coffee vending shop in the Vandanam Medical College premises under the disabled persons quota on the basis of Exts.P3 and P8 order.
counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
Therefore, writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn,
with liberty to challenge any order that is passed subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, if advised so.
