J U D G M E N T
The petitioner challenges the selection to the post of
Junior Higher Secondary School Teacher. The selection itself was of the year 2004 and the same was conducted through the Kerala Public Service Commission. The persons who were selected has also been appointed. The specific contention taken was that the written test was not properly carried out. At this distance of time there would be no purpose in considering the merits of the case, especially since the persons have been continuing for long in the
post in which they were appointed. The writ petition would stand
dismissed as infructuous.
