JUDGMENT
Petitioner, a senior citizen residing near the Iranimuttam Community Health Center has submitted Ext.P2 application making certain complaints against the 4th respondent, who is continuing as Superintendent and Civil Surgeon in the Iranimuttam CHC, Thiruvananthapuram, which is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent. Seeking direction for early disposal of Ext.P2 this writ petition is filed. Even though notice is served on the 4th respondent, there is no appearance.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
