JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking
direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to rejoin duty as Accounts Officer (in charge) after passing appropriate orders in Ext.P4 and for other related reliefs.
by which it is evident that, the subject matter of the dispute is decided by the respective statutory authority as per its order dated 29.6.2016, whereby the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition was granted. In view of Ext.R1(a) nothing survives in this writ petition to be considered.
