This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking

direction to consider Ext.P5 application submitted by the petitioner dated 6.6.2016, seeking variation of conditions of permit. Non-disposal of the said application is the grievance voiced by the petitioner in this writ petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P5, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needles to say, principles of law laid down by this Court with respect to parking, picking and halting within the town limits shall be reckoned while considering the application.
