JUDGMENT
This writ petition was filed challenging Ext.P3 order of the DEO, Kanhangad directing the Manager to issue orders to terminate the services of the petitioner with effect from 30.9.2006 as she was continuing on leave beyond the date of superannuation. Even though the writ petition had come up for admission on 15.1.2007, it is not seen moved thereafter. At any rate the reliefs sought for also become infructuous. Hence the writ petition is dismissed.
