This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging Ext.P11 order so far it relates to the 5th respondent, enabling him to get promotion to the post of Manager as senior to the petitioner in the service of the 1st respondent and for other related reliefs. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the subject matter has become infructuous. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
