J U D G M E N T
Both the Counsel submit that the grievance raised in the writ petition has been redressed. The grievance of the petitioners was that the beneficiary list on the strength of Ext.P2 communication has to be prepared by the 1st respondent and submitted to the Housing Board. The Housing Board now submits that they have received the list. In such circumstance, the Housing Board would consider the same, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on merits, which the 3rd respondent will consider in accordance with law.
