J U D G M E N T
On the last occasion the respondent appeared,
despite no personal appearance having been directed and submitted that Exts.P5 and P6 were not available
with the Panchayat. This was recorded and it was also opined that there is no reason why the contempt should to continued.
In such circumstance, the petitioner shall produce Exts.P5 and P6 before the Panchayat. The contempt case shall stand closed. No Costs.
