J U D G M E N T
Writ petition was filed in the year 2005 and though
notice was ordered on 01.04.2005, notice sent to 3rd respondent was
returned unserved. On 27.03.2015 when the matter was posted, there was no representation and the petitioner was directed to take steps within three days to issue fresh notice to the 3rd respondent. Again, on 01.04.2015, when the matter was posted, the counsel for the petitioner sought time and it was directed that substitute steps be taken on or before 08.04.2015. Till date no steps have been
taken. Today, when the matter was called, there was no appearance for the petitioner. Writ petition would stand
dismissed.
