This writ appeal has been filed against judgment dated 24th June 2010 passed in WP(C) No.34785/2009, by which judgment the writ petition filed by the appellant against an interlocutory order passed by the appellate authority has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that subsequently, the appeal itself has been dismissed.
In view of the dismissal of the appeal, this writ appeal has virtually become infructuous and hence this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
