ORDER
The application was posted in the defect list today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Notice sent to the respondent has been returned with endorsement 'not known'. It is seen from the endorsement by the office that the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram informed over phone that O.P.370/2007 was dismissed on 06.09.2011. In view of the endorsement, the prayer in the petition has become infructuous. So the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
