The learned counsel for the appellant submits that though he had sent a registered letter to the appellant seeking instructions, the appellant did not turn up. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the matter is settled out of court. In view of the above submissions at the Bar, it could be reasonably presumed that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Therefore this Regular Second Appeal will stand dismissed for default.
All pending interlocutory applications will stand dismissed.
