The learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that after making enquiry with regard to the factual aspects, it has been confirmed to the satisfaction of the review petitioner that his eligibility as per the policy in respect of the 3rd party damage was only to the statutory extent of Rs.6,000/-, he having availed the benefit of discount in premium, with reference to the coverage which could have been to the requisite extent as specified in JR No. 39 of the Indian Motor Tariff, as amended (which came into existence on 01.07.2002).
In the said circumstances, the learned counsel for the review petitioner seeks for permission of this Court to withdraw the Review Petition. Permission is granted and the Review Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
