The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“(i) To direct the Family Court, Attingal to issue certified copy of order passed on Ext. P2 petition to the petitioner expeditiously and to adjourn the trail of OP No. 1365/15 to enable the petitioner to effectively challenge the order passed on Ext. P2 petition in the interest of justice;
and
(ii) such other reliefs that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit;

steps are being taken to have the grievance of the petitioner redressed. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the original petition could be closed, granting extension of interim stay for two more weeks, so as to enable the petitioner to pursue further steps.
