This appeal is filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.130 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Cherthala. By order dated 16.11.2015, this appeal was referred for mediation. Accordingly, the dispute was mediated at the Ernakulam Mediation Centre and the parties have settled their disputes and entered into a memorandum of agreement dated 25.11.2015. In the light of the settlement thus arrived at, this appeal is disposed of directing that the terms of settlement incorporated in the memorandum of agreement dated 25.11.2015 will form part of the decree in the appeal. The appellant will be entitled to refund of court fee paid in this appeal.
