These appeals arise from the judgment and decree in O.S.No.130 of 2006 on the file of the Sub Court, Neyyattinkara. By order dated 23.09.2015, the cases were referred for mediation at the District Mediation Centre, Thiruvananthapuram. Accordingly, the dispute was mediated and the parties have settled their disputes and entered into a memorandum of agreement dated 17.02.2016. In the light of the settlement thus arrived at, these appeals are disposed of directing that the parties will be governed by the terms of settlement. It is also directed that the terms of settlement incorporated in the memorandum of agreement dated 17.02.2016 will form part of the decree in the appeals. Respective appellant will be entitled to refund of court fee paid in the appeals.
