This application is in relation to the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Santhikkaran. It was filed in 2003. He was then aged 50 years. The Board has filed counter affidavit denouncing the claim of the petitioner. There is no material to the contrary. We do not see any ground to order the relief sought for by the petitioner in his favour. We are satisfied with the defence offered by the Devaswom Board and accordingly, we are of the view that this application cannot be allowed.
In the result, the DBA is dismissed.
