This is an application filed by the Travancore Devaswom Board in 2005 seeking prior sanction to create two posts of Assistant Engineers. In 2016, we are sure that the staff pattern and other matters could stand regulated through fresh policy decisions on a relook of such issues from time to time. It will be unnecessary to issue any direction taking into consideration the facts situation projected by the Travancore Devaswom Board as would have been relevant in 2005. Hence, the DBA is closed without prejudice to the issue being considered by the Board in accordance with law and also by taking appropriate sanction from the competent authorities as may be enjoined by law.
