This application is filed by the Travancore Devaswom Board seeking prior permission for the Board to cancel the tenancy agreement with the second respondent. Notice was issued to the second respondent. No steps were taken. With the passage of time, this matter has become stale. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to seek relief, if any, which may be required with change of time, this DBP is closed without prejudice.
