J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration

of direction in Annexure-B. The petitioner submits that the Agricultural Officer has forwarded a copy of the communication to the learned Advocate General as per Annexure-C and in such circumstance, the petitioner is rendered helpless, insofar as not being able to challenge the same.

In such circumstance, the Agricultural Officer has to communicate the order to the petitioner not as a copy of the communication issued to the learned Advocate General. Such communication shall be made, within a period of two weeks,

from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The contempt of court case would stand closed,
