The learned Government Pleader submits that challenging the
order in C.M.A.No.44 of 2010 of the District Court, Palakkad, the State
has filed O.P.(C).No.1058 of 2016 before this court and an order of
stay was obtained as against the operation of the order in
C.M.A.No.44 of 2010. In view of the above, the contempt of court
case is closed with liberty to approach this court again, if so
warranted, after the disposal of the above original petition.
