It is submitted by both sides that shutter of the check dam has been lifted in order to commission the dam. It is further submitted that in the light of the interim order, the writ petition has already been disposed of, recording the submission of the Irrigation Department. Therefore, the contempt case is closed. If the petitioner has any subsisting grievance, he is free to file a contempt based on the judgment delivered in the matter.
