Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record the resolution dated 20.2.2016 passed by the Pannivizha Service Cooperative Bank along with a petition to close the above contempt case, I.A.No.135 of 2016. It is stated in the affidavit filed in
support of the said petition that since the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent Bank, the petitioner does not intend to proceed with this contempt case.
In view of the fact that the order has already been complied with, we do not find it necessary to proceed with the contempt case. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
