O R D E R
When the matter was taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are at present not arrayed as accused. The question about the identity of certain unidentified accused may come up. It is made clear that, in the eventuality of the presence of the petitioners are required, they may be issued with notice under Section 41 A of the Cr.P.C.
The bail application is closed, however, reserving the right of the petitioners to move this Court at appropriate stage, in the eventuality of they being arrayed as accused.
