The petitioner who is the sole accused stands indicted in Crime No.723/2015 of Chottanikkara Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 7 & 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
Having considered these facts, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on the following conditions:
(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond

for a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Magistrate.
(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Investigation Officer on all Saturdays between 9.00 am and 10.00 am till the final charge is laid.
(iii) The petitioner shall not threaten, coerce or intimidate the witnesses nor shall interfere in the process of investigation.
