JUDGMENT

Antony Dominic, J.

This appeal is filed by the plaintiffs in O.S.136/97 on the file of the First Additional Sub Judge, Ernakulam challenging the judgment and decree dated 24.6.1998. By order dated 7.10.2015, the appeal was referred for mediation. Accordingly, the dispute was mediated at the Ernakulam Mediation Centre and the parties have settled the disputes and entered into mediation agreement dated 25^th November, 2015.

In view of the settlement thus arrived at, this appeal is disposed of directing that the terms of the memorandum of agreement dated 25^th November 2015 will form part of the decree in this appeal.
