“Direct the Family Court, Kollam to dispose of O.P.No.624/2011, O.P.No.650/2011 & O.P (MMA) No.450/2013 expeditiously within a time limit to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice.”
“OP 624/2010, 650/2011 and OP(MMA)1551/12 were the actual cases pending between the parties before this court. All the above cases were transmitted to Family Court, Chavara as early on 27/03/2013 on the formation of the new Family Court at Chavara as per the order of the Hon'ble High Court since the jurisdiction of the cases vest with that court. OP

624/2010 is re-numbered as OP 347/2013, OP 650/2011 is re-numbered as OP 950/2013 and OP (MMA) 1551/2012 is re-numbered as OP(MMA) 450/2013 before the Family Court, Chavara and all are pending there. It could be gathered that all the cases are posted on 19/09/2013 for appearance of parties for mediation before the Family Court, Chavara.”
The above report, therefore, shows that the cases are not pending at Family Court, Kollam as averred by the petitioner and that the cases are now pending before the Family Court, Chavara. Therefore, no orders are called for in this original petition. It is accordingly closed.
