JUDGMENT
The learned Government Pleader submits that the property concerned has been described as 'nilam' both in the BTR and the 'Data Bank Register' and as such, the application preferred by the petitioner under the Kerala Land Utilization Order is not liable to be entertained.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission of
this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is granted.
The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
