JUDGMENT

The learned Government Pleader points out that, the direction given by this Court as per Annexure A1 judgment dated 17.1.2014 in W.P.(C). No. 1569 of 2014 has already been complied with and an order dated 10.01.2015 was passed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, this however, has not fully satisfied the grievance of the petitioner.

In the above circumstance, this Court does not find it necessary to pursue any further steps under the Contempt of Courts Act and the contempt matter is closed accordingly, without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to pursue further steps, if at all any subsisting grievance is there.
