J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has acquired MBBS degree from the International University of the Health Sciences, Brannigan House, Basseterre, St.Christopher and Nevis, West Indies. The petitioner appeared for the screening test and she has passed. This is also affirmed by the Standing Counsel for Medical Council of India. Therefore, the only question is now registration with the State Government. If the petitioner approaches any of the State Council in India, the application shall be considered in the light of the judgment of this Court in WA.No.1981 of 2012. The Division Bench judgment shall be followed in this matter for registration.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
