J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached the Land Tribunal for purchase certificate. This is registered as SMOP.No.252 of 2013 on the file of Land Tribunal, Thrissur. The petitioner's case is that he being the legal heir of one Balagangadharan and he is entitled to obtain pattayam in respect of 42 cents in Survey No.300/12 of Valapad Village. The petitioner submits that by way of family settlement, the entire right of other legal heirs have been released to the petitioner. The petitioner also submits that they have also executed consent letter. Therefore after verifying the settlement deed and consent letter, a decision shall be taken by the respondent within a period of two months after affording an opportunity to the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
