J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P4 notification issued for not providing reservation for women in the matter of appointment of retail outlet dealers of oil company. Considering the nature of the reliefs sought in this writ petition, I am of the view, the matter has become infructuous. However, the issues in this writ petition are left open.
