Petitioner approached the Taluk Land Board, Taliparamba

with an application to exclude certain property which is now form

part of ceiling proceeding before the Taluk Land Board. On account of delay in considering petitioner's application, he has approached this Court.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the case is posted on 11.12.2014.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the application within a period of two months from 11.12.2014.
