Petitioners are aggrieved by the alleged obstruction to the Football tournament said to have been made by the 4th respondent at the instigation of the 3rd respondent. The petitioner admittedly is a registered Football Club which is conducting a tournament, during the course of which some incident occurred, wherein a person got injured and a crime has been registered with reference to the said incident.

tournament being carried on; but the jurisdictional police is concerned with the maintenance of law and order situation due to unsavoury incidents when the Football match is carried on. The 2nd respondent definitely would be entitled to take any steps to maintain law and order and the petitioner, the participants or the viewers cannot disturb the law and order situation.
Under these circumstances, recording the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, this writ petition is disposed of.
