From the submissions of both counsel, we note that as per the directions of this Court two more posts of temple employees were sanctioned, which was again confirmed on the application moved by the Devaswom Board before the Ombudsman. In the light of such steps being taken, placing on record, the submissions of the respondent’s counsel, we close this contempt case.
