The 3rd accused in Crime No.1107 of 2013 of the Venjaramoodu Police station is the petitioner before me. He, along with others is accused of commission of offences punishable under Secs.120B, 363, 395 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. He is in custody from 27.11.2013 and seeks bail.
stated in the order dated 20.01.2014 in B.A. 348 of 2014 and hence it is not required to be re-stated here. It is pointed out that the 6th accused is yet to be arrested and two vehicles involved in the incident are to be recovered.
The application is dismissed.
