No.9847064882. The CBCID further investigated the matter and it was found that phone No. 9847064882 was taken in the name of mother of Sudheer Kumar but he was using the same. Sudheer Kumar was again questioned. He stated that on the previous day of the incident (i.e., on 27.02.2003, at about 09.00 a.m.) there was a call to mobile phone No.9847064882 by Jayan (stated to be the petitioner) from the mobile phone of his friend, Sree Kumar (mobile phone No.9847214035). Through that phone the said Jayan (stated to be the petitioner) informed Sudheer Kumar that the 'commodity' is coming the next day (i.e., on 28.02.2003) and that it will be brought by the Sree Kumar. Jayan (stated to be the petitioner) clarified that it is being brought as instructed by the employers (of Sudheer Kumar). That day, i.e., 28.02.2003 at about 02.45 a.m., Sree Kumar called Sudheer Kumar that the 'commodity' will reach (the destination) by about 05.00 a.m. At 05.20 a.m. ( on 28.02.2003) Jayan (stated to be the petitioner) again called Sudheer Kumar in the mobile phone of the Sree Kumar (9847214035) to inform Sudheer Kumar about the accident near Amaravila Bridge involving the vehicle which was bringing the 'commodity'.
