Petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.1146 of 2013 of the Poochakkal Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 308 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, apprehends arrest and has filed the application notwithstanding that his request for the same relief was rejected by this Court as per order dated 09.04.2014 in B.A.No.2389 of 2014.
